We are all nervous and anxious about what this year will bring . Here are just a few things to think about to help with the transition:
Get on a schedule if you haven’t already. Sleep routines for kids are important to refuel and concentrate in school. Don’t forget a schedule for homework as well.
Communication is key! Connect with teachers and other parents to add to your support network.
Above all , don’t be afraid to ask for help. That’s why we are all here. This is your safe space to share concerns, ideas and support each other.
